Ninkasi was founded on the desire to Perpetuate Better Living and on the belief we can help others do good by using beer to bring people together. Through our Beer is Love program, we have committed to supporting causes of equality. Today, we understand we can – and should – do more. We our giving our employees 8 hours of paid time as a direction action to support causes.
We always strive that Ninkasi and our actions are a physical embodiment of our core values. We welcome people of all races, genders, orientation, socioeconomic status, and backgrounds.
We also recognize our company is not perfect, nor is our industry. We will continue to learn and listen, with attention to Black, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) voices in our community. We understand these are trying times and we will continue to support our employees and communities.
