Bright Peaks Saison (with Modern Times)

This Saison is a collaboration between Ninkasi Brewing and Modern Times Beer! Orange-gold in color, this beer takes a classic style with a modern twist. Utilizing Imperial Rustic Belgian Ale yeast not only brings out the classic clove and black pepper Saison notes, but enhances stone fruit character derived from El Dorado hops. Tropical and citrus hop notes also shine through from an addition of Mosaic Cryo Hops. Enjoy this well-balanced Saison! It’s a collaboration made among friends to be enjoyed among friends. Cheers!
