By entering, you agree: No purchase is necessary to enter. You must be 21 or older to enter. Contest is open to legal residents of Ninkasi distribution states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, and WA who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. You need not be present to win. You grant Ninkasi a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use your name in a list of winners or for promotional purposes. This contest is void where prohibited. Ninkasi can cancel this contest or revise the rules. You hold Ninkasi harmless from all claims of any nature arising from or relating to your entry in the contest or use of any prize.

If you win: Ninkasi will contact you via email or phone. Ninkasi may ask you to provide: proof of age, proof of eligibility to enter. You might not be awarded the prize if you fail to provide the items requested within a reasonable period of time. You may be responsible for applicable state or federal taxes based on the value of the prize.

You cannot enter if: You are under 21 years old. You are a Ninkasi employee or immediate family of a Ninkasi employee.
