Pairing Options
We’ll custom pair a beer to accompany each of your three courses. With our Year-Round Releases and our ever-changing selection from our Pilot Brewery the possibilities are endless.
We may be a beer company, but we love our wine! We’ll pair local Oregon wines to sit alongside your coursed beer pairing. This experience is truly unique and offers an amazing experience.

Drink Tickets
Includes a minimum of one bartender for your event.
Tickets can be redeemed for any beer, cider, wine, hard seltzers or nonalcoholic beverage. Select a specific amount per guest and you will only be charged for the tickets collected during the event.
Cash Bar
Includes a minimum of one bartender for your event.
All available beverages priced at current menu pricing. Each guest can pay as they go or open a tab with the bartender.
Menu Enhancements
A selection of Ninkasi canned cocktails added to any event beverage menu as a cash or hosted bar option.
“Hosted Bar” - All cocktails will be added to your event tab and paid for at the end of your event.
“Cash Bar” - All cocktails will be paid for by guest at time of consumption or added to their own tab.
