2 cups Ninkasi Vanilla Oatis
3/4 cup malted barley syrup (found at Whole Foods or other health food store)
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp. sea salt
Add all ingredient’s to a heavy bottom sauce pan. On medium-high heat, while stirring, bring to slow boil. Immediately reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer while stirring often until liquid has reduced to about half its original volume, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool on stove top. Serve warm over good quality vanilla bean ice cream. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
