Food & Wine’s Double Cheeseburgers with Caramelized Onions + Total Domination Northwest IPA
To pair with our Total Domination Northwest IPA, we’ve chosen Food & Wine’s Double Cheeseburger with Caramelized Onions. Not only are each of these items wonders on their own, but put them together and you’ve reached flavor city. Total Domination’s notes of grapefruit and pine play off this cheeseburger’s complexities of cheddar and Gruyere, plus a paprika-cayenne special sauce that complements the caramelized onions.
Delish’s Buffalo Chicken Pizza + Tricerahops Double IPA
Tricerahops is a whole lot of hop and a whole of personality, so what better pairing is there than a buffalo chicken pizza? This recipe calls for a conventional oven, but can easily be adapted for your grill or even an outdoor pizza oven. Tricerahops’ mild fruit notes pair nicely with both the blue cheese and the buffalo flavors, so turning this into a pizza makes backyard entertaining easy.
Bobby Flay’s Grilled Portobello Salad with Hazelnut Pesto + Hazematic Hazy IPA
With our newest release comes a complex and delicious pairing of grilled portobello salad with hazelnut pesto. Perfect for the vegetarians out there, the tropical and citrus hop notes with a hazy mouthfeel cut through the juicy grilled portobello and hazelnut pesto. While this salad is pretty hearty as it is, it can easily be adapted into burger or sandwich form, as well.
Orange Sherbet Beer Float + Prismatic Juicy IPA
No backyard barbecue is complete without dessert, and why not combine dessert with a delicious, refreshing beer like Prismatic? Just drop 1-2 scoops of your favorite orange sherbet into a glass with 12oz. of Prismatic Juicy IPA, and you have an easy dessert to impress all of your guests. Feeling fancy?
